Our dedicated Operations Manager, together with his support personnel, have had over 15 years experience in the rail machinery and rail infrastructure industry, and will endeavour to help keep you moving.
We offer to our valued customers the choice between a complete manufacture of brand new Workheads & Jack Beam units &/or a complete in-house refurbishment of your workheads using new consumables and in-house manufactured parts. Crack / fatigue and Hydraulic components testing can be provided as part of the refurbishment program with a fully comprehensive report. Also, as part of our service, we can send a transport stillage to your site, pick up your heads, transport them back to our modern facility and perform a complete refurbishment, fully finished and painted in our on-site spray booth, and then return them to your site.
Other services we can also provide include manufactured parts and engineering solutions for all other machines including Ballast Regulators, Compactors / Consolidators, Tie Renewal Machines, Road Rails Vehicles, etc.
Our experience in the rail machinery industry field of offering full refurbishments spans approximately 6 years with, to date, our main working partners being Downer EDI Works, V/Line, McConnell Dowell and the list continues to grow.
Our experience also extends into an understanding of other rail plant including Hi-Rail equipped plant, (i.e. Hy-Rail Trucks and Hi-Rail Excavators) and we are very excited at the prospect of many more companies coming “on board” in the near future. Our next addition to our growing range will be a comprehensive catalogue of manufactured rail machinery products for the Jackson 6700 Jack Beam, Rail Followers and Light Buggy.
It is our future goal to have complete changeover Workheads & Jack Beam units at our site for even faster turnaround and offer a full technical and mechanical support service to keep your machines on track.
Our large milling 6 axis machine allows us to undertake large fabrication & large CNC machining, turning projects with ease. We can also efficiently undertake rail bogie repairs.
